Faltou tudo. Faltou toalha de banho, piso do banheiro , shampoo e disseram que não trabalhavam com toalha de rosto. As toalhas de banho quase transparente e como uma lixa. Havia uma só para o casal. Café da manhã com pouco opção. O shampoo tive que solicitar duas vezes para a reposição.

Hotel simples, bom para quem está viajando a trabalho e vai para o hotel só para descansar. Os quartos são bons, mas sem infraestruta, então nossa coisas ficam, mais ou menos, como se fosse em uma baarraca de acampamento. Limpo e as pessoas que lá trabalham são atenciosas e educadas. Em resumo: se o que você precisa é facilidade de locomoção para qualquer ponto da cidade, ficar pouco no hotel e, também, pagar pouco, este hotel é o ideal.

Sempre fico no Ibis Paraíso, ótima estrutura e localização, dessa vez vi uma queda no serviço: check-in 15h, solicitei me avisar pelo canal que dispuseram (WhatsApp) quando chegasse um delivery e não fizeram, e meu cartão descarregu um dia antes da minha saída. Se voltarem a ter o mesmo serviço de antes, considero muito bom!

O hotel é muito bem localizado e facilitou muito a visita a cidade. O quarto limpo mas achei a cama desconfortável e senti falta da ducha higiênica no banheiro. O café é simples mas suficiente mas achei o valor alto para o que estava sendo oferecido, assim como os valores do café das máquinas e caixinha de água.

A pior experiência de hospedagem de minha vida. Única exceção os funcionários que apenas cumprem ordem. Check-in após 15 horas, COBRANÇA para deixar malas até a liberação do quarto, cama pequena e com um beliche em cima, sanitário SEM DUCHA HIGIÊNICA. Optei por perder uma diária paga e buscar outro hotel que mesmo com a política de Check-in após 14 horas me liberou o acesso às 11h40m sem qualquer cobrança e, fosse o caso de guardar as malas não haveria qualquer cobrança. Quarto amplo, cama King-Size, banheiro com DUCHA HIGIÊNICA, localização em área nobre (Avenida Ibirapuera, Moema). E por preço da diária 20% menor. Pela falta de empatia administrativa, com exposição dos funcionários a constrangimento para explicar o inexplicável, elimino a rede hoteleira em questão de qualquer possibilidade de reserva futura.
