The staff were friendly and kind. They offered small exceptions due to my personal circumstances. They went over and beyond what many places offer. My own very minor down side - I am used to a plush mattress. The mattress in the unit is firm, great for anyone with back problems. Overall very safe location, very walkable, multiple grocery stores or restaurants close by. Transportation is also easily accessible. Would recommend this unit, looking to stay here again in the future.
