Definitely a budget, Hotel, and not particularly suitable for a business trip. There was no outlet to plug in a laptop by the table. For those sensitive to noise, is directly underneath the path of giant airplanes flying overhead, though the hotel didn’t provide air plugs. The towels were Paper thin and very rough. It’s a glorified hostel, in some aspects, with a fully loaded kitchen, which was nice. There is a couple of nice grocery stores within walking distance and some nice restaurants and cafés the neighborhood neighborhood as well. I will not stay there again, though, unless you were on a budget or don’t mind a hostel experience.

Okay for students or an elevated hostel experience

Stayed for a week for a conference. It is very close to inspire, and the grocery store around the corner from it is lovely. However, the property itself is bare bones. I can deal with that all the amenities of a three star or four star hotel, the thing sent were particularly vexing included: not having any electrical plugs by the table, making it almost impossible to work with your laptop in the unit. The towels were threadbare, shower temperature, tepid, which made for an unpleasant week of stay. Staff were surly, and not particularly helpful. No room service unless you flag someone down. The Nespresso machine was nice, but the kitchen itself was bare minimum. Also had issues with ants in my room. Supposed to be on a 19th floor with a balcony, but overall, unless you are a student or manager expectation, I would not stay here again. Definitely not for a business trip.

It’s a very strange property. Combination of offices and corking facilities school. They have some apartments. The entry and exit was weird. There was nobody to tell you anything about the apartment. Had to figure out how to turn on the hot water and I accidentally cut the water to the entire apartment and then I figured out what I had done wrong and turned it back on. Offered to help at all.

A great place to stay for business or for long term travel. Rooms were spacious and clean; every room has a fridge, microwave, sink, balcony, sitting area, private rainshower bathroom (nice and hot!) and a balcony. The TV had free Netflix and other streaming services. There's a common area, a work area, a 24/7 commisary, laundromat and security. Any downsides are undrretqndable (proximity to Cogonhas and lack of local shopping). Fantastic value.

Noisy,,, but this was not the worst… problem is the total disorganization of the checking system. I couldn’t use the garage to park my car because I didn’t provide the car tag when I booked… …how could I give the car tag weeks before arrive overseas and rent the car at the airport? Cristal ball ? Also, they don’t provide a contact phone number to answer the problems. Just text , that they didn’t answer for more than 2 hours. I had to park the car in the unsafe street to check in on the premises and , the worst, there’s any instructions how to to connect to the WiFy of the building. Took more than one our when, finally somebody answer the texts and give me wrong instructions… many “try this, try that, etc”. Terrible. I will never be back for this place or recommend for anyone. To finalize, the cleaning in the apartment was definitely bad. I found one door in the cabinet full of clothes and documents of the previous guest … I notice the only employee I found when I check out ! Really bad organization !!!!

Na manhã do checkout eu saí sem tomar banho pois faltou água. O quarto está razoavelmente bem conservado mas o prédio é de difícil acesso. Esse sistema de QR Code nos deixa vulneráveis a qualquer hora do dia no meio da rua com celular nas mãos. Muito ruim. Até o elevador são 3 validações . Cansativo complicado e com sistema lento

La ubicación excelente y comodo el lugar. El único inconveniente de la zona es que pasan lo aviones por encima de edificio y se escucha muy fuerte en la habitacion. La habitación contaba con tapones para los oídos. Sin embargo si es una persona que es muy sensible a los ruidos para dormir, puede ser molesto.

Excenlente para negócios ou curto período.

Acomodação prática para quem vai a negócios ou por curto período. Cama confortável. Smart market do prédio bem abastecido. Durante minha estadia, o disjuntor da tensão 220v caiu enquanto tomava banho; por sorte, sei como religar - eventualmente, outra pessoa não saberia ir no quadro de força. Contudo, entendo ser um problema da estrutura elétrica do prédio e não propriamente da acomodação. No mais, tudo ótimo!
