Cuidado al reservar! La habitación tenía un olor muy desagradable a humedad, insoportable. Las toallas y sábanas estaban sucias y llenas de pelos. En general pasé una terrible estancia, contacté a la propiedad para ver si me podían cambiar de habitación y nunca contestaron. Es importante mencionar que comparte lobby con el hotel “Quality Suites”, pero cuando vas a recepción a pedir ayuda, te dicen que esa habitación no es de ellos y que no pueden hacer nada.. Realmente es la peor experiencia que he tenido; además de que hoteles.com tampoco me pudo solucionar nada porque nunca lograron contactar al administrador de la propiedad. Ojalá que alguien me hubiera advertido de esto antes.

A localizacao é ótima, mas o quarto era antigo, bem defasado quando comparado com outras opções no mesmo custo. O sistema do elevador também era bem ruim, sendo que demora para ler o cartao, deixando você "passeando" pelos andares até você conseguir selecionar o seu andar.

Piso do quarto na porta do banheiro precisa de reparo urgente, infiltração de água que sai do banheiro visivelmente de algum tempo já deixou a madeira do piso podre e minando água… sofá cama também merecia um colchão melhor para 2 crianças dormirem melhor. Do resto tudo muito bom.
