Very noisy area.

Nightmare stay. Bars on the street are open until 430am. Loud base and lots of shouting until then.

I stayed for one night only, but all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good with a lot of food. The hotel is in a good location, close to Paulista and Rua Augusta

traces of former splendour

The hotel is located in a walking distance from Avenida Paulista and metro station and very close to Rua Augusta, a nighlife centre with plenty of bars, restaurants and clubs (could be noisy in the hotel room!). The room was clean but the hotel is rather old and needs renovation. Staff is not English-speaking. Breakfast was good.

An acquired taste

This hotel is not for everyone. At night time, the party outside of it is quite intense. It doesn't end until 7 AM during the weekends. I liked it because I enjoyed the crowd outside, but I wouldn't recommend it to families or people who want a quiet time.

Great location and great staff.

The hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful. They are the best part of this hotel, besides the location. Breakfast was also excellent! What I didn't like was that the rooms were very dark, old furniture, and the carpet was very dirty. I usually like to arrive at my room in the evening and take off my shoes to relax, but I was shocked when I saw how dirty my feet became just after a few minutes of walking barefoot! They looked like I had walked in tar!!! They also don't offer shampoo and conditioner, just soap.

not happy

the room was too small, the hotel's staff dont speak english, noisy area and the hotel has no restaurants nor laundry room.. the only good thing is that the price for 1 person is the same as for 2 (no charges on visitors like most hotels do) which can save alot of money on long stays.. the hotel deserves a 2 starts rate not 3.

Hotel LaGuardia - Sao Paulo

My biggest issue is not with the hotel. It was basic and adequate. About right for the price. The problem is with the neighborhoods. Friday and Saturday night is off the charts. Drunks barfing in the street everywhere. Not a pleasant environment.

Hotel

Clean and very well located Hotel, 2 blocks away from Paulista. Nice staff and very kind. The Hotel is located in the middle of very bussy area, mainly bars, but there's no problem closing the windows.

NOISY !!!

We had to change rooms twice, even we the staff is friendly, don't stay here! Besides large crowds of kids gather 4 day a week to drink while they stand at those corners: terrible, unless you want to join the crowd :-)

Hotel LACRADO!

Fiz a reserva com antecedência, e qual não foi minha surpresa ao chegar com as malas na porta do hotel e perceber que estava tudo fechado com cimento!!! A informação que tive na floricultura em frente é que por motivo de dívidas o hotel havia sido fechado três semanas antes. Infelizmente tive que me dirigir a um hotel próximo e pagar tarifa balcão, bem mais caro do que eu gostaria! Lamento receber este tipo de pesquisa para responder uma vez que entrei em contato com a Hoteis.com no dia da minha chegada.

Hotel ruim!

No momento do check-in fomos informados que o hotel iria fechar um dia antes do termino da reserva, e que deveríamos procurar outro hotel. Além disso as instalações não eram boas, hotel antigo.

Boa localização, quartos com limpeza inadequada

O hotel é muito bem localizado, no entanto, o quarto era muito antigo e tinha carpete, estava frio e não havia edredom, apenas um cobertor de pelos dentro do armário (tive uma forte crise de rinite alérgica) e os lençóis eram finos e quase transparentes de tão gastos que já estavam. Tinha um duto de ar com uma grade no teto cheio de poeira.

O hotel é bom é bem limpo os serviços são bons, os funcionários são muito atenciosos é o que mais se destaca, um bom café da manhã. Porém, o chuveiro não tem água muito quente e por um lugar frio é ruim, a televisão não pega direito, mas para passar um fim de semana é bom.

hotel não respondeu nem atendeu às solicitações: - check in antecipado, - trocar camas solteiro por casal. O quarto com acomodações antigas e limpeza poderia ser melhor, da próxima vez irei comparar com opções observadas próximo localização não disponíveis no hotel.com (ibis, por exemplo)
