Poderia ser uma ótima acomodação, mas foi PÉSSIMA!

Pontos negativos. 1º- Te cobram um caução para eventuais danos causados a propriedade (é devolvido ao final da estadia, quebrei um item sem querer e com razão descontaram deste valor e devolveram o restante). 2º- NÃO TEM ESTACIONAMENTO e não informam no anúncio, deveriam avisar no anúncio pra evitar surpresa desagradável. (Deixei na rua de trás e não tive problemas, já que não dá pra deixar na frente do prédio) e o estacionamento é muito longe. 3º- Diversos itens danificados no quarto, desde uma panela até janela que não fechava( apesar de cobrarem o caução para fazer a manutenção do que estiver danificado). 4º- Banheiro infestado de mosquitos que acabavam indo para o quarto também, tive que comprar veneno e passar no banheiro. Pontos positivos. 1º- Atendentes que são super educados, muito prestativos a orientar e tirar as dúvidas, respondem rápido e tentam ajudar da melhor forma possível. 2º- Possui Fogao, microondas e geladeira. 3º- Mercado, padaria, farmácia e uma base da polícia tudo bem próximo ao prédio.
