Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You will find most modern eletrodomestic equipment for your commodity. We are just 3 blocks away from 2 shopping mails, 7 minutos from the subway that can get you to anywhere in SP, and 5 minutes from restaurants, banks, Pharmacies and a variety of comercial places. Nonetheless, 10 minutes to the Burle Marx Park, and just 30 minutos to the famous avenue of São Paulo - av. Paulista. Moreover, you will have a mini market available in the building.

it is a comfortable apartment with everything you need to have a excellent stay. There is one queens bed, one sofa for two, one table with 4 seats and one bedroom is reserved to working space. also there are two full bathroom and a balcony with BBQ grill.
