Friendly staff, good breakfast. Room was not as advertised but I guess we just got one of the smaller rooms in a weird corner. Bathroom can use an update. Downtown has many homeless people and feels a bit sketchy after dark.

There is a very high homeless population, near and around the hotel. I was also told on several occasions not to have my phone in my hand outside. Apparently people are snatching cell phones.

O quarto é bem pequeno (10 andar) e possui uma varanda sem parapeito, só com uma grade bem baixinha. Cuidado com crianças. A cama era super confortável, que é difícil de conseguir em hotel atualmente. O banheiro só é bem pequeno, e as pernas batem na porta pra sentar no vaso. A iluminação, porém, chama a atenção por ser boa. Tive um problema com a temperatura da água, porque ela só ficava quente, independente do lado que usasse da torneira. O quarto é bem quente, mas tem ar condicionado. O café da manhã é bom, mas com poucas opções de pães e frutas, tinha pouca reposição. Achei o quarto até limpo, só que como é carpete, tive um pouco de alergia pelo cheiro normal de carpete. Os móveis são lindos de madeira (eu gosto). Enfim, é um local prático, próximo da Praça da República e estação do metrô, porém, ele é mais caro e talvez não valha o valor comparado a outros da região

Café da manhã fresco com muita variedade. Os porteiros super gentis e dava muita dicas de segurança devido a região. O hotel em uma localização ótima próximo de vários locais que queria conhecer. O que me deixou muito chateada foi uma cobrança de um produto que eu minha irmã não consumimos no quarto. Fiquei super chateada o valor era baixo porém a recepcionista informou que a arrumadeira que fez a contagem e anotou o consumo. Na data que ela informou a mesma arrumadeira não tirou as toalhas deixou em cima do frigobar. Foi uma situação desagradável fiquei constrangida ao ser cobrada por um produto que não consumi. E a recepcionista falando que estava faltando. Tive que assinar um papel que não consumi. Essa experiência foi muito triste devido que o restante foi bom.

O hotel precisa melhorar em alguns itens, o travesseiro de Pluma de Ganço não é satisfatório pois solta as penas e para pessoas alérgicas como minha esposa vira um grande problema, outro item que já fiz reclamação anterior mas não mudaram em nada e quanto ao café, fiquei hospedado 5 dias, e todos eles os mesmos itens de café sem variar, agora o que me chamou muita atenção foi quanto a estarem reaproveitando frutas e pães de um dia para o outro, fui comer uma melancia que estava no buffet e ela estava azeda, quando fiquei hospedado anteriormente os recepcionistas eram fantásticos, mas desta vez eu tive a falta de sorte de ser atendido por uma que não tem um pingo de educação,
