There is a very high homeless population, near and around the hotel. I was also told on several occasions not to have my phone in my hand outside. Apparently people are snatching cell phones.

Desde a chegada, fui muito bem recebido por uma equipe cordial, prestativa e sempre educada, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência. Os espaços coletivos são bem organizados e confortáveis, transmitindo uma sensação constante de acolhimento. O quarto corresponde fielmente às fotos, é bastante confortável, conta com ótima acústica e se destacou pela limpeza impecável. O café da manhã é outro ponto alto, muito saboroso e com excelente variedade de alimentos e sabores. Além disso, o serviço de guarda-volumes após o check-out é um grande diferencial e facilita muito a rotina do hóspede. A localização também merece destaque, com fácil acesso ao transporte público e a diversos pontos turísticos, o que torna a estadia ainda mais prática e agradável.
