atendimento da recepcao e cafe da manha otimo, todos eram muito gentils. quarto confortavel e limpo. otimo custo beneficio. o hotel em si nao e perto de nada se voce estiver a pe, mas facilmente podemos usar entrega. !!! cafe da manha otimo, completo, tudo muito gostoso.

Eu cheguei no local, oyo Massimo hotel, estava com as portas fechadas e janelas fechadas.. não havia ninguém lá. Como eu vou ter resposta de estorno. Isto é estelionato 😞. Cadê retorno??? Do ADM. Obs. Não estou nem conseguindo adicionar a foto do local fechado o link não abre para adicionar

Não recomendo!

Experiência horrível! Não indico para mulheres viajando sozinhas, eu só fiz o checkin e assim que entrei no quarto já não me senti segura, a única janela (do banheiro) dava para o telhado que tinha fácil acesso à rua. Todos os cômodos do estabelecimento são incrivelmente escuros dando uma sensação ruim. O atendimento do checkin foi muito atencioso, porém depois disso você só fica com um controle de portão de garagem para entrar e sair do hotel. Fui embora no mesmo momento (quando já não tinha mais ninguém na recepção) e ao contatar o hotel e pedir o reembolso dos outros dias que eu não ia ficar, só recebi uma negativa sem explicação.

A acomodação é simples, apenas 1 cama e banheiro (alguns quartos tem e mesinha) e geladeira compartilhada Não tive nenhum problema durante minha estada. É um pouco ruidoso devido a intensa movimentação da Santo Amaro. Custo benefício excelente!

Não vá com expectativas pelas fotos

Nada a ver com as fotos. Localização é boa mas as condições são ruins, não vá com expectativa das fotos, tem nada a ver. Talvez pra uma noite e pra economia valha a pena, mas só se você estiver muito apertado de grana mesmo.

Realmente não esperava um quarto tão estreito. O banheiro é super apertado, e não tem um espelho se quer. Travesseiro muito fino, pequei a coberta pra compensar. Não tem recepção, apenas na hora que você chega que é recebido pelo proprietário, que é um espetáculo!

a hospedagem atende perfeitamente o preço cobrado, as instalações são bastante simples mais funcionais, há sinais de desgaste pelo tempo, a localização é ótima, tem opções de refeições nas proximidades, não tem serviço de limpeza/arrumação diária, em uma estadia mais longa pode fazer diferença. Como sugestão poderia ser disponibilizado micro-ondas e bebedouros nas áreas comuns ja que não tem frigobar nos dormitórios.
