The staff was incredible, as our flight was 24hrs delayed I contacted Orbits and the hotel questioning if there was anything they could help me and for my surprise, Natalia from the front desk called me back (while i was waiting for our flight in New York) with the news that she was able to prorate my booking !!!! The room we booked was a basic triple, kind of small but perfect for our 4 day stay. Bruno G

We had an early international flight from SP and had to spend the night in the city. This hotel is greatly located and the price was reasonable. The room that we got was small and it was too small for our large suitcases. Yet, the service is very good and friendly and the room was clean. Altogether this is a good hotel with small rooms.

The personnel at the reception barely spoke English or Spanish. The staff who served breakfast never greeted us or said good morning, let alone smile. The room was not clean. I killed a cockroach and was still there even after the cleaners had come to 'clean' the room. I would not recommended it because it was not value for money.
