Foi muito boa a estadia.. café da muito bom. Camas limpas e confortáveis.funcionarios todos excelentes, muito atenciosos e prestativos. Apenas o barulho de algumas motos durante a noite eu escutava. Seria perfeito se as portas e janelas fossem antiruidos. Valeu a pena!!

Primeiro os pontos negativos. Na chegada do hotel é meio confuso porque você precisa passar pela cancela do estacionamento, estacionar o carro la, subir de novo pra poder acessar a recepção. Você vai se hospedar nesse hotel e ainda tem que pagar 40 reais para deixar o veiculo em um estacionamento que não é coberto. Mesmo se você for de moto, vai pagar os 40 reais, que foi o meu caso. Isso é um absurdo. Quando acessei o quarto, que é por senha, notei cabelo no chão banheiro, a parede proximo ao chuveiro havia muitos pontos escuros, como se fossem mofos, ou pingos de tinta, que não saiam de jeito nenhum. O quarto possuia 3 luzes, fora a do banheiro, e a luz que fica em cima da cama não funcionava. O quarto tinha tv e ar condicionado. Pra ligar a tv tive que tirar a pilha do controle do ar condicionado, depois pra ligar o ar condicionado precisei colocar a pilha de volta. Na recepção, o funcionário perguntou se eu havia pagado o valor X na minha diária, que era bem abaixo do valor que eu paguei aqui. Ele ainda pediu que eu enviasse o recibo para ele. Isso nunca me ocorreu em todas as hospedagens que eu fiz, tanto por aqui quanto por outros sites. De elogio mesmo é só o café da manhã, que era repleto de opções. Tinha pães, bolos, sucos naturais, frutas frescas, pão de queijo recheado com requeijão ou com goiabada. Como eu saí do litoral para ir pra Mauá, decidi me hospedar lá para voltar no dia seguinte. Se nao fosse esses pontos negativos cotados acima eu voltaria.

AR CONDICIONADO absolutamente barulhento, velho, o ar saia com poeira, ácaros sei lá, não dava pra mantder ligado. CAMA - ruim, travesseiro ruim LIMPEZA - chão sujo, cabelo no banheiro no quarto, engorurado, nitidamente sujo. Café da manhã - razoável. Funcionária da noite - de mal com a vida. Quem fala q isso é MTO BOM tá é loko. Hotel pra pagar 230 reais, diária a partir de 489. Tá mais pra motel do q hotel, hóspedes é a turma da night. NÃO RECOMENDO.

Estive com meus 2 filhos no hotel, durante 3 dias do carnaval. Tiveram dias com mais pessoas na piscina e outros estava vazia, talvez pq o sol nao era suficiente p esquentar a gélida água q necessita de um aquecedor com urgencia! No quarto nao tinha shampoo e nem condicionador, q precisei solicitar à camareira q prontamente me atendeu. A limpeza do quarto e do corredor do andar, fica a desejar principalmente no chao! No quarto tinha micro-ondas, frigobar, pratos, talheres e copos, mas p lavar nao tinha bucha nem detergente. O cafe da manha é mediano, sempre com os mesmos itens. Tive o desprazer de pegar um leite zero lactose q tinha azedado. Aparentemente hospedam familias q desejam uns dias de descanso, diarias unicas e tb p empresas q contratam p funcionarios (q vao trabalhar por pouco tempo na cidade ou convenções). O estacionamento é terceirizado, sendo R$40 a diária (o q nao está informado no site). A academia cobra por diária, mas nao usei, entao nao sei o valor. Fica em lugar tranquilo, de facil acesso. Usei os serviços de delivery da Keeta e foi td ok. Pode ser q voltaremos em algum momento e a avaliacao seja melhor, quem sabe.

Estadia maravilhosa! Equipe de funcionario excelente. Limpeza nota 10. O unico ponto que achei fraco e nao ter manobrista. Cobram o estacionamento 40,00, mas caro dos hoteis da regiao e nao tem manobrista. Meu pai de 74 anos teve que levar o carro la embaixo e voltar na chuva.
