O quarto é novo e estava em ótimas condições, porém a profundidade das bancadas são muito pequenas e não é confortável trabalhar nela. O prédio ainda estava em obras com poucas áreas comuns disponíveis.

Tudo novo, em perfeito estado, só um problema, não possui estacionamento e nem garagem! Nem lugar para parar 1 minuto que seja! Mas 2 estacionamentos bem perto, quase em frente! Pago por cada 12 horas.
