The hotel is a dump. Lots of problems in the rooms and breakfast is a battle with the number of people trying to get to the buffet with lots of empty serving trays. The food is not supplied/replaced quickly enough. It’s a royal disaster. If you’d like to throw your money in the garbage, go ahead and book to stay at this dump. My advice is: run, run, run. Book somewhere else. Good luck!

This was my second stay. The first time I had a room on the 11th floor, which had been renovated and had a coffee maker. My second time, the rooom was on the 7th floor and, while clean and with a comfortable bed, it was showing some wear and tear (few power outlets, slightly broken toilet flush buttons). Would recommend their premium rooms on the 10th and 11th floors.

Finally a gym worth the name. Could use some more maintainance on the cardio machines, but big and with lots of weights...not easy to find and worth a review more than all other features. Chapeau for that.

Tive um problema no check in sendo informado que houve tentativa frustrada de débito no meu cartão de crédito. Mas já havia pago pela plataforma do Hoteis.com e informei do recibo, sendo resolvido. Mas fiquei preocupado com eventual cobrança em duplicidade, em outras ocasiões. O Hotel é excelente e a comodidade do estacionamento como cortesia é quase impagável.

Personal debe ser más agradable por ejemplo no debe usar tanto el NO y NO SE PUEDE y en su lugar decir: Vamos a hacer lo mejor posible! Al final es un NO pero dicho de otra forma y da a entender que se preocupan por ayudar al cliente que al final de cuentas es quien ayuda a los empleados a tener su salario, la habitación es limpia y el personal de limpieza es amable contrario al del mostrador de entrada donde además de ser poco amables tienen una sola persona con un sistema de check in muy antiguo donde se forman grandes filas y medido por reloj pueden tardar hasta 10 minutos para entregar una habitacion

Costumo me hospedar com uma certa frequência nesse local, pois a localização me agrada! Apesar de mostrar sinais de cansaço, colchão razoável, travesseiros gritando por troca, box que sempre vaza durante o banho, chuveiro sem pressão, tem uma coisa que me irrita cada vez mais nesse local! A total falta de preparo ou treinamento para a equipe de limpeza, se você pretende descansar vou dormir um pouquinho mais esqueça, porque é uma Batecao de porta, barulho de rádio em alto volume, elas conversam sobre tudo, falam alto, enfim uma total falta de preparo respeito para quem está descansando, entendo que a limpeza possa ser feita e deva, mas a falta de tato é irritante, fica a sugestão de treinamento para o staff, porque isso é uma coisa que já me faz pensar duas vezes antes de reservar!

O Cardápio é bom, entretanto faltam algumas opções como cuscus salgado (só oferecem o doce). Quando eu fui fazer o meu desjejum não vi nenhum garçon prestando serviços, apenas o rapaz que controlava a entrada dos hospedes que estava atendendo as mesas, quando necessário. O hotel está ficando com um aspecto de velho. Portas com pinturas gastas, box com portas que nao fecham adequadamente. Ducha com pouca água.

Ótima localização central e quarto limpo e confortável. Equipe prestativa e o hotel ganha pontos por ter local para armazenar a bagagem antes do check-in/depois do check-out. Café da manhã podia ser um pouco melhor -- mas é bem aceitável pro preço -- e achei o chuveiro um pouco ruim (ele é centralizado e fica preso no teto e é difícil de ajustar) e as toalhas muito finas.
