A localização é perfeita, na Rebouças a uma quadra da metrô e da rua Oscar Freire. O prédio tem frente para duas ruas. Uma delas – Dr. Melo Alves – é mais calma e tranquila, ideal para embarcar ou desembarcar de transporte por aplicativo. O prédio possui excelentes comodidades para quem estiver lá, com destaque para o mercado, a piscina no 27º andar e o coworking.

Não corresponde com as fotos, mas não é ruim

Não tem nada a ver com as fotos. O quarto é bem pequeno, mas confortável. Não informaram que o predio é dividido e a hospedagem fica na parte pior, mas é tudo pertinho. Só poderiam deixar mais claro. Mas a localização é ótima e apesar de pequeno é bem confortável.
