Good value and location.

Excellent value for price paid. Decent neighborhood, showing improvement of late. Convenient to Metro and SP Centro. Room and bathroom clean, spacious, with ceiling fan; only three rooms per floor. Except for the coffee, breakfast was pretty good. All staff very helpful.

建物は古いが、それゆえ部屋は広々

シングルでの滞在でしたが、ツインの部屋が用意され、古い建物ゆえの広い間取りで、ゆったりと過ごせました。ただし古さゆえか、室内に小さなありがいて困りました。朝食は宿泊料の割には充実していました。WiFiもしっかりしていました。自分はセントロでの買い物がメインだったので、ホテルのリッチは便利でしたが、土地勘のない人には少し治安に不安を感じるかもしれません。もう一度泊まるかといわれれば、普通にもう一度泊まります。

Boa estadia no Centro

A equipe do hotel foi bem simpática desde o início, tanto a recepção quanto a cozinha e serviço de quarto. Fica a poucos metros da esquina da Ipiranga com a São João, a poucos metros do Largo do Arouche e a 10 minutos de caminhada da estação do metrô Santa Cecília. O quarto dispõe de um frigobar e pudemos levar o que quiséssemos. Como ficamos no oitavo andar, o barulho do trânsito não era tão alto. Quarto com boa iluminação.

A localização é meio perigosa.

Fiquei surpresa em descobrir que não forneciam sabonete. A rua de noite é bem barulhenta e o sofá no quarto não parecia limpo. Porém tudo funcionava: tv, frigobar, banheiro etc. Então foi ok.

Primeira noite o quarto estava com chuveiro queimado. Estava frio. Mas a equipe me trocou de quarto e foi tudo certo. Café da manhã bom. Suco natural de laranja frutas. Cafe no terraço foi bem legal. A equipe do hotel bem atenciosa.

Hotel conveniente

O Hotel é confortável e apresenta um ótimo custo benefício. Fica bem localizado e perto do metro e transportes. O quarto era grande. Só havia uma sofá que estava com a espuma velha e soltava um pouco de fuligem, mas isso não foi problema.

Hotel do terror

1. Localizado em lugar perigoso; 2. Quando cheguei a recepção do hotel, pensei que estava entrando num bar pelo estilo dos recepcionistas, largados, de bermuda. 3. Fiquei no 9º andar e quando precisei descer para meu compromisso, onde o taxista ja estava a minha espera, eis a grande surpresa: O ELEVADOR NÃO ESTAVA FUNCIONANDO, tive que descer pelas escadas; 4. A maior surpresa de todas: No dia seguinte quando fui tomar meu café da manhã, estavam 3 hóspedes, mal trajados, falando alto, inclusive o tom da conversa parecia ameaçador, pois um deles comentava que tinha até matado alguem na terra dele. Fiquei aterrorizado. Em fim, defino este hotel como HOTEL DO TERROR!!!

Hotel limpo, confortável e com bom café da manhã.

Fiquei 3 dias e 2 noites. A equipe é bem atenciosa, o quarto é limpo e confortável. Ótimo custo x benefício. Fui para o Lollapalooza e o quarto me serviu muito bem! Recomendo!
