Spacious apartment with a vintage concept, fully optimized and with an excellent location, close to shopping malls, hospitals, parks, gastronomic spaces and many tourist possibilities, in addition to being complete with living and dining room, equipped kitchen, service area with laundry , two bedrooms, one of which is a suite, an extra bathroom and lots of bohemia in every corner.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability. The building accepts guests at most for check-in until 9pm.
