Fiquei decepcionada com alguns pontos da minha estadia. Um prestador de serviço entrou no quarto e pisou no tapete com os sapatos sujos, o que considero uma falta de cuidado inaceitável num hotel que se propõe a oferecer conforto e atenção aos detalhes. Além disso, a porta do banheiro não oferece privacidade mínima — um erro de projeto básico que compromete totalmente a experiência. Por fim, a luminária do quarto estava quebrada, o que mostra falta de manutenção preventiva. São falhas simples, mas que juntas revelam inferioridade às 5 estrelas.
