Quarto confortável, cama maravilhosa, ducha forte, roupas de cama e banho de ótima qualidade . Academia muito boa, piscina também (não tive tempo para usar a piscina). Café da manhã variado, frutas frescas, café nespresso, etc. Localização privilegiada, metrô a 100 m. E o melhor de tudo, os funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos (destaque para o Gabriel da recepção). Voltarei com certeza!

Adorei o Radisson RED. O hotel é bem novinho e o quarto extremamente confortável e bem completo, inclusive tábua e ferro de passar, itens que sempre sinto falta na maioria dos hotéis. A camareira deixa diariamente água para consumo sem custos. A equipe é jovem e muito atenciosa. Também achei o café da manhã, que está incluso no custo da diária, excelente, bem variado. O hotel tem uma piscina na cobertura, só senti falta de mais espreguiçadeiras ou cadeiras de praia. A localização é ótima, perto de vários restaurantes e do shopping Ibirapuera, além da estação de metrô Moema. Enfim, uma escolha excelente e espero retornar em breve.

A equipe do hotel foi muito bem treinada. É muito educada e atenciosa. O café da manhã é super variado e gostoso. O hotel é novinho e bem bonito. O quarto tem um bom tamanho, cama grande e confortável, e tem até bucha de banho no banheiro. Agora o único problema que eu tive foi que meu quarto era acessível para deficientes físicos, e por conta disso não há trava no piso para a água que cai do chuveiro e nem boxe fechado, o que fez com que ficasse impossível tomar banho sem alagar o banheiro inteiro.

I initially requested a basic city view room and when I arrived they gave me a room specially designed for a wheelchair bound person. Then the front desk staff tried to convince me that it was my fault for not viewing the pictures to see it was designed for a wheelchair bound person. Overall, the other staff were nice, the breakfast was good, the location was fairly ok.

We enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. Great area for tourists. Safe, clean, and lots of restaurants around. The staff spoke english which was great. A member of the staff in the reception, Denis helped us with a problem we had during our trip and I salut him!
