O apartamento é uma graça, tudo novinho, limpo e bem decorado. A região é mais central e é perto de várias opções de transporte, restaurantes, bares, museus.. A rua em si é cheia de bares de faculdade, então acaba sendo bem barulhenta durante a noite.
