O contato com a equipe é pelo Whatsapp. A equipe atende instantaneamente, é ágil, cortez e competente. Eu tive um problema com a abertura da porta durante a estadia e imediatamente fui atendida, a senha foi trocada e eu consegui abrir a porta em menos de 5 minutos. A limpeza do apartamento é excelente, assim como as roupas de cama e banho. São oferecidos sabonete líquido, shampu, condicionador e papel higiênico. A cozinha é equipada com, geladeira, cafeteira, microondas, fogão, utensílios e material de limpeza. Eu senti falta apenas de ducha no banheiro. A região é tranquila e bonita. O prédio fica ao lado do Parque Augusta e entre as Avs. Augusta e Consolação, há poucos minutos da Av. Paulista. Dá para ir caminhando. Infelizmente a rua tem um forte e constante odor de urina. Mas isso não é culpa do Roome.

The staff was good. The building on-site manager ELIAS will do his best to accommodate your needs even if you don't speak Portuguese. This establishment needs to work on their check in process, which is not allowed before 3pm and is not performed by the employees onsite. So you are basically waiting outside the building in the sun or rain, until the remote people do their job and check you in via WhatsApp. They're consistently slow at that, because maybe they are overwhelmed or just completely clueless. One last thing to watch out for is that you will not be allowed to have a friend over to your room...policy from headquarters...

Quarto com qualidade de quarto de hotel. Localização perfeita para quem vai fazer concurso na região, pois fica muito próximo do mackenzie. Também há fácil acesso ao shopping frei caneca e ao parque augusta. Voltaria a me hospedar.
