the location is not very safe, the hotel is old, the breakfast is awful (it is not worth to have it in your stay) and the staff is not friendly at all. Avoid at all costs.

While i went to the hotel, my reservation was not found for about half an hour. I had to call a customer service rep to handle the situation. The room had poor towels for the bathroo. The AC was constantly getting damage. There were no bed covers on the bed. The staff was great in assisting, but a lot of adjustments need to be done.

If you are looking for standards akin to the U.S. this is not a 4*. I learned that maintenance is often lax here in general, and that was the case at this hotel. I’ll start by saying no cockroaches or spiders which is huge, but cleanliness was subpar. My room needed repainting. I used napkins and water to clean filthy light switches/railing, and the fridge smelled. The terrace was big and had nice furniture, but the door to it was half off its hinges requiring a hard slam to close, with the spiral staircase railing to it wobbly. The sauna is not operable, though I did see staff checking the pool chemicals. The elevators used to have room card activation, now not working, though front desk is manned. Power is expensive here so hall lights are motion activated, which means very dark hallway until you pass the activation sensor. Felt like they were trying hard to make breakfast nice. Kitchen room (microwave, larger fridge and sink) will get 2 plates, 2 glasses, 2 forks/spoons with no means of washing them nor no kettle available (I asked). Having said all that, the price was very reasonable - fair for what was offered. Just dial down expectations.

Apesar de sempre ter valorizado este hotel , inclusive por já ter sido hóspede , percebo que, nos últimos meses, houve uma mudança significativa e negativa em sua estrutura. Observa-se falta de manutenção, com mesas danificadas e sinais evidentes de descuido na limpeza dos ambientes. Inclusive, mesmo após solicitação, o quarto não foi devidamente higienizado, o que causa frustração e compromete a experiência da estadia. Infelizmente, há uma clara percepção de decadência na conservação do espaço físico. Por outro lado, é importante destacar que a equipe de funcionários permanece excelente. Em especial, os atendentes da recepção demonstram empenho, cordialidade e esforço genuíno para amenizar os problemas e tornar a estadia mais agradável. Da mesma forma, a hospitalidade e a qualidade do serviço no café da manhã e no restaurante continuam sendo pontos positivos que merecem reconhecimento. Trata-se, portanto, de um hotel com potencial e equipe qualificada, mas que necessita urgentemente retomar os padrões de manutenção e cuidado que outrora o caracterizavam.

O check in foi demorado pois a atendente estava ocupada ao telefone enquanto o outro atendente lhe arrumava o cabelo. O banheiro é simplesmente horrível: o chuveiro tinha vazamento na parede e respingava água até o corredor. Faltavam toalhas (parecem lixa grau 100) e quando solicitado por duas vezes informaram que estavam em falta, porém quando fiz o pagamento nenhum centavo estava faltando. Depois faltou água na caixa da descarga do vaso que estava entupido. O café da manhã estava bom. Resumindo, horrível a experiência. Avisarei meus contatos para evitar

Escolhi o hotel por vários motivos, mas entre eles está o fato de ter piscina e sauna. A piscina estava suja. Por ser em ambiente aberto, deveria ser limpa diariamente. A sauna estava estragada. No quarto, uma gaveta da sala não tinha puxador, no armário de 3 gavetas só tinham 2 e essas não abriam. O varão da cortina estava caindo, tive que abrir com cuidado para não sair de vez da parede. O duto do ar condicionado é aparente, passando por dentro do quarto. O quarto estava sujo, como se não tivesse sindo limpo depois do último hóspede sair. Inclusive achei uma nota fiscal de compra dele. A tampa do vaso sanitário estava totalmente solta. Pra usar, precisei removê-la por completo e apoiar na caixa acoplada. A porta do box não fecha totalmente e espirra água no chão do banheiro. Um dos pisos de jogo de toalha que me forneceram estava bem velho, puído, com buracos no tecido. Paredes manchadas, precisando de pintura. Botões dos elevadores, tanto dentro do equipamento como na parede dos corredores com defeito.

Meu quarto estava com a porta quebrada, paredes sujas, a cama não era king apesar de termos reservado com cama king! Depois nós trocaram pra um quarto que trancava, mas estava com os rodapés deteriorados, tomadas sem o tampo de proteção. E ainda assim a cama continuou não sendo king! Enfim, pelo preço, não foi bom!
