I wouldn't recommend this place, maybe it worked for other people while it was newer, but the place is a mess, it smells, it's humid and the maintenance is just bad overall. No bathroom amenities, the communication with the people in charge is a nightmare. Believe me I tried. They couldn't care less about my needs. Go for a hotel.

Foi tudo muito bom. Edf. Moderno com portaria digital, cadastramos as digitais e o acesso era tranquilo. Cama confortável, e tudo organizado. Pra melhorar indico colocar mais panelas e uma frigideira e também recolocar a porta do box pra evitar molhar o banheiro todo. A localização é ótima e foi uma excelente estadia. Vou indicar aos amigos e pretendo voltar assim que puder.

Atendeu totalmente as expectativas

A localização do apartamento é excelente. Fui sozinho e a intenção foi sair pela região e atendeu a expectativa. Tem alguns mercados de bairro e uma padaria na esquina que não são muito baratos, mas salvam. Único ponto negativo é que não tem porta no box e, quando se toma, escorre muita água pro banheiro.

Bom o local é bem localizado, o quarto é agradável, para mim que fiquei 4 dias achei que: Não tem local para comprar comida, a padaria que fica na esquina é tudo muito caro, refeições, lanches... O quarto abriga duas pessoas, três no máximo, não tem local próximo para comprar coisas para fazer na cozinha, então tem que procurar um comércio, se não vai gastar muito. Em estadias longas seria interessante, que uma pessoa viesse limpar, trocar toalhas e lenções, vi que tinha esta opção, mas não sei se tem que pagar a mais, seria bom que estivesse no preço. Faca maiores para cortar os alimentos, as facas pequenas não dão certo. Tivesse pelo menos mais uma panela, frigideira e se pudesse uma cuzcuzeira, ia ser perfeito. Do mais gostei do apartamento, como falei o local e bom, proximo de tudo, limpo.

O proprietário foi muito atencioso,mas acho que não dei sorte nessa estadia.Cheguei para checkin,não tinham meu cadastro e fiquei na chuva por aprox.40min esperando pra entrar.No banheiro,não há uma porta do box e vaza agua no banho.Não havia shampoo,cf. anúncio, e tive impressão de que coberta não foi lavada antes.No mais, o apto é uma graça, bem equipado e localizado. Eu voltaria a me hospedar.
