There are 2 min from the metro Vergueiro and the metro São Joaquim Cultural Center, 4 min from A C Camargo, 10 min from Hospital Ben. Portuguesa and Shopping Paulista. Right next to Liberdade (oriental cuisine and tradition) and Bixiga (italian cuisine and tradition) and Av. Paulista. There are 12 min from Parque Aclimação and Smart fit. There are colleges like FEI (2min), Unip (4min), Uninove (3min), Damasio (12min), FMU (8min), FECAP (12min)
