Houve um problema no checkin, por repasse do nome equivocado. Foi rapidamente resolvido. SP estava muito quente e o ar condicionado nao funcionou. Travesseiros muito celhos, sugestao p reposicao. Infraestrutura do Mercure, tudo ok.
