Noisy Airport Transit hotel

On arrival we were told we were not booked in and had to pay for our room. The booking company E bookers till have not refunded our costs. The hotel was clean but small and in a poor location where we didn't feel it was safe to leave the hotel. The room was noisy as we heard every person arrive and depart on our floor despite being furthest from the lift. One guest had his TV on so loud we could hear it in our room til 3am.
