CRAP SERVICE

it was awfully experience! First of all: it’s impossible to contact ebookers.com, you try call them, email, and etc and isn’t successful at all! Looks like a spam website. We spent 90 pounds to stay in the Hotel in Guarulhos SP. Once we arrived there, we discovered that is impossible to check in without passing through the Immigration... That totally doesn’t make sense... First because we need to drop off all our luggage with our Flight Company, and all the Departure Flights are at late night, so how that’s possible to check in and drop off your luggage after crossing the Immigration? If the check in only open 2 hours before your flight? The funny thing is that in the website they don’t tell that to you... We arrived at São Paulo at 7:00am... The check in in the Hotel would be only at 2:00pm... And our KLM Flight check in opened only after 6:00pm, and our Flight was at 9:00pm... That is so disappointed, because we thought we could arrive at the airport, taking some reat before our international flight or even a bath... But you can only check in to the hotel without baggage and only after crossing the Immigration... So I can’t see why this Hotel exist! I can’t see the point! That’s very stupid! And we try the whole morning to contact the Hotel to cancel our stay, because we paid ahead via paypal, and they never answered back! So Don’t lose your precious time and money there! Is not a trustworthy customer company! It’ seems like a spam catch, and sadly me and my husband felt.

We are located in the restricted boarding area, so access is limited to passengers who are already boarded and with checked bags. All the access information is on our page and we have at disposal our phones 24 hours a day. We look forward to your return soon.
