Good hotel off a very popular street so that was nice. Breakfast buffet has a lot of breads but they do offer omelets made (you have to fill out an order form). No water at the breakfast buffet so that was interesting but good orange juice. Overall good value for the price

Very positive experience! Good renovation, clean, quiet and economical. One of those few hotels where I would actually book again. No false promises. Room is small, but has everything needed. Hardly any street noise.

Our stay started off fine, but an issue with the door mechanism resulted in a room change which was a down grade. New room the safe didn't work, under the sink counter in the bathroom dark mar marks on the wall. Since this was where the toilet paper bin was I could only imagine what caused them. Also fould a red mark on the pillow case. Our last night I placed 2 towels on the floor to be replaced. I contacted the front desk twice to get at least one new bath towel and after a lot of promises we got nothing. If customer service is important to you then I would skip this hotel. The breakfast buffet was good and the staffs there are very efficient.

Location was amazing near paulista avenue. Property itself has been updated and while the room and bathroom are cosy they serve well the purpose of a 3/4 day stay in Sao Paulo . Breakfast is ok , rather repetitive but a fresh egg station is a bonus. This is a value for money property and I would recomend staying here . Language can be an issue but if you are a google translate expert it works well .. and is applicable to Brazil in general. Staff do their job but I would not say they go above and beyond.
