Luxury apartment with a lot of design. Recently renovated on the 19th floor of Hotel The Capital in Itaim Bibi. The apartment has a kitchen and a panoramic view of Ibirapuera Park. It is extremely well located in Itaim Bibi, next to Vila Olímpia, Vila Nova Conceição, close to Av. Juscelino Kubitschek, Av. Faria Lima and Av. Nine of July, R. Joaquim Floriano, Extra Hiper, Shop. Iguatemi JK and trendy bars and restaurants (Coco Bambu, Eataly, Jamie Italian, Nino Cucino, Modern Mamma Osteria).

The Flat has a living room with sofa bed and a modern mini kitchen at your entrance with everything needed: cooktop, microwave, fridge, cutlery and pots and pans. As you pass through the living room, you will find the suite with a queen size bed dressed in the luxurious Trousseau brand, and right next to the bedroom, a wonderful and modern bathroom covered in marble. In addition, you will have a balcony with spectacular views of São Paulo and Ibirapuera Park.

Guests will have access to all areas of Hotel The Capital, such as Swimming Pool, Gym, Spa, Restaurant and more.
