Diante desse problema, solicitamos troca de quarto ou mais cobertores (ambos negados).Café da manhã teve algumas funcionárias com mau atendimento, faltou pratos e talheres para os hóspedes e quando solicitamos, funcionária simplesmente disse que estavam sendo lavados e não tinha para fornecer! Pedi como seria possível nos servir e ela simplesmente falou mais uma vez que estavam sendo lavados e não tinha p fornecer! Desorganização total nos elevadores, com uma boa sorte, vc ficava na fila em torno de 40min p poder usá-lo.

O hotel fica em um ponto bem estratégico pra quem deseja visitar a feira do Brás. Porém o café da manhã deixa a desejar, sempre o mesmo cardápio e as louças já muito usadas, os copos de suco ainda molhados e atendente do local do restaurante extremamente ríspida com os clientes.

Internet boa, limpeza ok, mas o meu chuveiro não esquentava. Ar condicionado funcionando bem. O café da manhã era justo, mas infelizmente estava frio as 2x que eu peguei. O quarto estava limpo, mas as toalhas estava como sempre, encardidas, o ar condicionado não estava gelando, o técnico não solucionou, o papel Higiênico faltou, pedimos na recepção e demorou mais 1h para deixarem, os elevadores pararam em horário de pico, isso causou um transtorno enorme para quem precisava sair em hora marcada. O café da manhã não tem dinâmica na logística, ao ponto de faltar xícaras na mesa, café coado, causando filas e aborrecimento aos hóspedes A única coisa boa, é a localização que é próximo de tudo e dentro da feira da madrugada. Mas o hotel precisa de manutenção nas torneiras, chuveiros, tomadas, ar condicionado, roupas de cama e banho e detetizacao.

Atendimento péssimo , tempo de espera de quase 1 hora para um check in , ar condicionado com barulho de motor de carro, banheiro com registros todos antigos e não parava de vazar água, aí vc fecha o registro e tbm fecha da torneira e fica sem lava mão , foi pedido reparo para o telefone que estava mudo e estou esperando irem arrumar até agora. Só e bom para compras mesmo.
