Location of the hotel is great, but in front of a very busy street and I coul hear the traffic all through the night from my room. Also the room was very small with dirty walls, poor cleanliness overall and an AC not working right.

The location is pretty good. The room is small and it had a strong smell. After turning on the AC it went away though. It's pretty affordable though. There are four parking spaces that are available for guests on a first come first serve basis .

Manutenção do elevador mais eficiente, para não deixar os hóspedes subindo e descendo escadas para seus quartos. um pouco mais de cuidado com a manutenção dos quartos (móveis de cabeceira deteriorados, suportes de toalhas no banheiro despencando etc.
