A localização é ótima! Tem academia, mercado, restaurante, tudo próximo. O prédio tem uma academia muito boa, piscina e pode receber pet. So não gostei da cama, pois ao invés de ser de casal, são duas camas de solteiro juntas que por vezes se distanciam uma da outra.

Já conheço muitíssimo bem o prédio, sou morador do mesmo, é fantástico! Porém este apto administrado pela VivaStays tava muito ruim, c/problemas muito graves. Precisa d uma manutenção mais cuidadosa, tá relapso, meio largado. Ainda assim é válido pelo prédio e pela região. Tem unidades melhores no mesmo prédio noutras administradoras, atente!
