O primeiro e mais importante ajuste é o endereço. Usei o link dentro do próprio App do Hotéis.com que nos remete para o endereço errado: (R. João Barbosa Oliveira, 1922 - Itaoca), sendo correto o número 1888. O segundo ponto é o telefone de contato, também dentro do App, que está errado, informando o número de celular que pertence a uma antiga funcionária do hotel. Fomos acomodados no quarto 24, talvez o quarto mais barulhento do lugar, acordei várias vezes durante a noite

Paz e tranquilidade perto de SP.

Pensa em um lugar extremamente tranquilo com funcionários extremamente solícitos. Café da manhã, almoço, café da tarde e jantar com diversas opções. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes!!!

O espaço e atendimento, serviços ótimos. Voltarei com certeza. No entanto não houve comunicação de vcs com o hotel sobre minha reserva. Quando cheguei não sabiam de minha reserva. Resolveram liberando o quarto mas fiquei apreensiva. Desnecessário, correto?

Final de semana em família

Atendimento muito bom,alimentação de qualidade,áreas comuns da propriedade muito boas,mas o problema está nos apartamentos que precisam de melhoras,uma boa manutenção será bem vinda. Tive alguns problemas no check out,pois supostamente a Hoteis.com não havia feito o repasse do meu pagamento,mas tudo foi resolvido da melhor maneira possível O pessoal da recepção foi super atencioso!!
