Staff was very nice but the rooms are old and not very nice. Kind of like a Motel 6 in the USA. Free breakfast is a joke, and the pool is not a pool, it’s small and only a couple of feet deep. The pictures do not show how the hotel really is.

Great hotel, very centrally located on paulista. Great breakfast - large rooms. Bathroom a tad outdated but still very decent. Vila Gale always offers super great value for money, very nicely designed hotel with nice theme and great ambiance!

Very expensive for the low quality

Very dirty room. No one washes the floor. Rude reception. They wanted to charge me 100 BRL because a friend visited me! Uncomfortable bed with hard pillows that gave me headache. Only breakfast was good at this hotel.

The location is perfect, close to Paulista Ave. with a lot of things to do in a walkable range. The only thing that bothered me a little was the noise both on the street (there is a bar right in front of the hotel) and in the morning with the cleaning staff.

This boutique hotel is in a nice neighborhood and is a short walk to Paulista. The breakfast is included and it is really good. The buffet included a variety of sweet and savory breads, fresh fruit, fresh juices and a selection of hot dishes. The pool and garden area are lovely and breakfast can be eaten indoors or on the patio. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Comfortable, good location but odd decor in rooms.

It’s a hotel in a really great location in a great part of town near the metro station. comfortable and big room, I’m not sure about the decor it seems to have lots of murals of what I imagine are legendary artistic characters, I really can’t explain but it’s a bit cheesy. Would much rather a more contemporary plane look. Other than that stylish hotel with a nice swimming pool and outside area, as it’s in a very bustling area it’s quite a bonus. Beware if you don’t speak Brazilian Portuguese, most of the staff can’t speak English, breakfast is an okay, spread the Hot options are not Wide and it was very difficult. Trying to get an omelette out of the omelette station. All in all good hotel and comfortable

Great place to stay

The hotel was great, from the moment we entered and greeted by Renato. Renato was friendly and very helpful every time we say him, along with all other staff that were at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool area was clean and relaxing. Breakfast in the morning had a great selection of food. Location was great and we always felt safe. Easy to walk to some cool areas for shopping and eating, as well it was very close to the subway. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff needs training.

The guy at the front door who received us (i think his name was vinicius) was horribly rude and left a very bad impression. We arrived the day the bolsonaro supporters blocked off the airport so we were very late. Instead of opening the door to welcome us as guests. He kept screaming at us in portuguese that we were in the wrong place (we werent) Then he starts to yell in English before he finally realized that we were guests and opened the door for us. I've never had an experience like that before at a hotel. Considering the neighborhood and the price point, i probably wouldnt stay here again because of that. I've never had that happen at any other hotel in Brazil. Least of all near Avenida Paulista.
