I stayed this hotel for one night, this hotel gives me very good impression, the front desk staffs Rafael and Ruan and the other two who can speak English are extremely nice and friendly, some of the front desk can speak very good English and they would like to help at all time. Also the luggage guys are very nice too. They just doing their best to carry the luggages in and out, a boy sent me to the taxi all the way out. Very good people. Also, the breakfast are amazing nice, hotel is very clean too. I will come back to this hotel definitely!

O hotel está muito mal cuidado. Instalações muito sujas, carpete da academia estava todos os dias um nojo. Quartos não eram limpos de verdade, apenas arrumavam a cama. Equipe de recepção sempre muito mal educado e nem um pouco cortês. A moça que faz a conferência dos quartos no café da manhã também sempre muito rude e sem atenção, ficava olhando o celular em vez de conferir logo a lista enquanto esperávamos ela conferir para poder tomar café. WZ é a pior experiência de hotel em SP, pois logo na chegada você será muito mal atendido pela equipe de recepção.

Hotel na avenida Rebouças, vizinho a ótima delicatéssen Mambo, na esquina tem o metrô da rua Oscar Freire e o hospital das clínicas da USP com centro de convenções na frente. Funcionários atenciosos mesmo no checkin meia noite, quarto um pouco apertado (estávamos com 3 malas), mas cama muito confortável e café da manhã excelente (6 às 10 horas). Pretendo voltar !!!
