Todos do hotel tratavam com um certo desprezo por ter locado via Expedia, começando pelo estacionamento. Na recepção não entravam meu nome e pediram para que informasse meu quarto. Tentei contato com o hotéis.com e levei mais de 30min para conseguir descobrir meu quarto. Quando subo no quarto no 24° andar a chave não funciona, depois que desço na recepção falam que a fechadura estava quebrada e só amanhã para resolver. No dia seguinte trocaram a fechadura da porta e haviam deixado ela aberta para que eu pudesse entrar. Além disso o banheiro tem um vazamento no box onde vaza água perto da privada. O apartamento é muito bom e espaçoso. O bar da frente tem café da manhã bem mais em conta. Ele fica bem localizado
