O hotéis.com deveria fazer um filtro sobre os hoteis ofertados. Esse hotel é pior que pensão perto da rodoviária. Barulho o tempo todo, funcionários limpando os quartos cantando e falando alto. Paguei por um quarto melhor e fiquei em um muito inferior.

Paguei mais caro por um quarto, pedi reserva deste mesmo quarto sem janela para avenida. Não fui atendido, me colocaram em um quarto muito inferior. Janela faltando um vidro, entrava vento frio a noite. Hotel se assemelha a Pensão perto de rodoviária.
