I rent 3 bedroom apartment being a suite in the Condominium Club Marina in Cabo Frio with private club and overlooking the Lagoon. The apartment is on the 4th floor, has a balcony, 3 bedrooms and 1 suite, kitchen, service area, large room and a marked parking space in the garage for one car (it has parking space outside the condominium in front of the entrance guard with 24hrs operation ). The apartment is fully furnished, has air conditioning in 2 bedrooms, wi-fi, kitchen utensils, bed linen and bath.
The apartment is in a very good location, with local shops, bakeries, restaurants, markets, pharmacy and bank 24 hours, buses at the door and close to the main beaches of the Lakes Region.

The condominium has several squares, Marina with nautical garage and a Private Club.
The Club, for the exclusive use of the condominiums and guests, can be used by up to 10 people with presentation of card. The club has:

Praias Maravilhosas!

O imóvel é espaçoso e muito agradável! A recepção da Dona Antônia muito atenciosa. O Local me pareceu ser bem seguro, ficamos a vontade com nossos filhos adolescentes. O Clube é muito bom, nota Dez com piscina e quadra de Tênis. Em 10 minutinhos estamos nas melhores praias de Cabo Frio, e 15 nas melhores de Arraial, então era o que esperávamos. Vamos voltar com certeza, vale muito a pena!

Estadia muito agradável

O apartamento é muito bom, muito bem equipado e a anfitriã é muito antenciosa e se preocupa com os mínimos detalhes. O clube é do outro lado da pista em frente ao condomínio, que também é muito agradável, única parte negativa é que a piscina fecha cedo, às 19h. O apartamento tem direito a uma vaga interna no condomínio, mas como tinhamos ido em 2 carros, deixamos o outro num estacionamento externo, mas que pertence ao condomínio e é vigiado 24h. Nossa estadia foi muito agradável, sem nenhum problema. A anfitriã se mostrou disponivel para tirar todas as dúvidas e sanar qualquer problema que pudesse ocorrer.
