Excelente lugar para ficar em Maresias

Localizado num condomínio excelente, muito organizado e no pé da Serra, a propriedade é uma excelente opção para quem quer ficar perto da praia, em um condomínio fechado com excelente estrutura (piscina, quadra e churrasqueira). Estávamos em 2 adultos e 4 crianças e ficamos muito bem acomodados. Tudo funcionou muito bem e tivemos ótimos momentos.

O imóvel estava bem limpinho e organizado e os responsáveis pelo imóvel foram sempre bem solícitos. Acozinha não estava de acordo com a foto do anúncio e seria muito bom se pudesse dispor de papel higiênico e sacos de lixos

A ana clara super atenciosa nota 10 a respeito do condominio..... porteiros (todos)super atenciosos nota 10......só precisa melhorar o serviço de praia!!!! poucos guarda sol e pouca cadeira então acredito que poderia melhorar porque os condominios do lado? coloca até tenda para seus hospedes sujestão: poderia ter uma bar na piscina a noite!!!!

Super indico

Gostei muito da hospedagem. O imóvel não foi o mesmo das fotos, está precisando de melhorias ,mas era maior e nada que interfira no conforto da hospedagem. O condominio é muito bonito e a praia é muito perto, só atravessar a rua. A proprietaria é muito atenciosa. As unicas coisas que atrapalharam um pouco foi não ter internet e só tinha canais abertos, como estava chovendo muito, acabamos ficando sem muita opção do que fazer.

Casa arrumada, limpa tudo muito simples e Delicado pequena mas muito bem localizada, próximo da piscina condomínio impecável ! Só não foi melhor, porque é um condomínio tão bem estruturado mas não tem máquina de gelo.

Condomínio super bem localizado, muito organizado e tranquilo (alto padrão mesmo). Em meio a mata atlântica. Local ideal para “fugir” da cidade e descansar bem como aproveitar a praia que fica 150-200m da casa. Voltaremos em breve.

Estadia maravilhosa

Excelente localização, a dois minutos da praia. Lugar lindo no meio da Mata Atlântica. Imóvel muito aconchegante, muito bem equipado, com ar condicionado, ventiladores e utensílios domésticos. A varanda do quarto de frente para a mata é muito agradável e traz uma sensação de paz e tranquilidade. O condomínio tem uma estrutura excelente, com piscina, quadra, salão de jogos e funcionários bem educados. A proprietária Ana Clara muito educada e solícita para o que for necessário. Eu e minha família amamos. Voltaremos mais vezes.

O apto é muito bom. Ar condicionado ótimo. Fica sob uma mata preservada com os fundos para um alagado, com peixes, animais e árvores nativas. A piscina fica em frente ao apto. A praia é excelente. Passamos dias maravilhosos.

Recomendo com certeza

Os proprietários Ana e Atílio são muito atenciosos. Tivemos um problema com chuveiro mas logo foi solucionado. Casa de acordo com o que consta nas fotos. Condomínio excelente. Piscina maravilhosa. Praia muito limpa e pertinho. O único porém é a TV não pegar muitos canais e não ter internet na casa mas tem internet no condomínio disponível para uso. Ana e Atílio sempre muito atenciosos respondendo a todas nossas dúvidas. Foram férias muito boas, descansamos bastante e recomendamos a estadia e voltaremos assim que pudermos. Só uma dica quanto a TV que é Sky pré pago. Os proprietários cobrarem proporcional e fazer uma recarga para a pessoa que vai alugar assim tem mais opções de canais. Isso para caso de famílias como nós que não tem muito costume de sair a noite. Mas no condomínio tem bastante opção como salão de jogos, piscina, hidro, sauna, quadra de esportes. Agradecemos a estadia e atenção dispensada.
