Beautiful townhouse just 2 minutes from Paúba beach (see the video in real time !! -link in photo 23), comfortably accommodates 8 people (families).
American kitchen with built-in cabinets. Delicious room for two environments being dining and living with sofas and flat screen TV, both integrated into the balcony of the house.
Still on the ground floor are two bedrooms, one with three single beds and the other with a double bed, both with air conditioning; full bathroom next to it, in addition to a sink.
On the 2nd mezzanine floor with sofas and a large suite with two single beds, balcony with mountain views, hot tub and air conditioning.
Beautiful leisure area with pool, barbecue, lawn, outdoor shower and complete bathroom.
Places for three cars.

Excelente casa, muito próxima a praia, fomos em novembro/2021, toda equipada, o fato de ter 2 quartos no térreo facilitou, pois viajamos com criança e idosos. Pretendemos voltar, obrigada pela recepção.

Casa linda e com localização excelente

A casa é ótima, tem tudo que precisa, é super arejada, acolhedora e com muita natureza ao redor, é perfeita para quem está buscando tranquilidade. A piscina é uma delícia e o jardim é lindo. A localização é excelente, fica muito perto da praia, o que faz toda a diferença, dá pra ir e voltar várias vezes no dia. Também fica bem perto do mercadinho. A comunicação com os proprietários e caseiro foi super fácil. O Gilberto, que é o caseiro, é super educado e atencioso. A casa e piscina estavam bem limpas. Só tenho elogios! Pretendo voltar mais vezes, com certeza.

Um ótimo local para se passar bons momentos com amigos e família. A casa é bem cuidada, limpa e a piscina impecável. A 50m da praia que permite ir várias vezes a praia durante o dia e até ver o por do Sol ao anoitecer. Recomendo.
