O imóvel possui ar condicionado, TV, e sofá-cama, além de uma cozinha equipada para momentos de lazer e refeições.Conta com 2 quartos, sendo um suíte, todos com ar condicionado, camas de casal e beliches. Os quartos possuem TV, luminárias e prateleiras, proporcionando mais conforto e organização. O proprietário irá providenciar os itens de enxoval e nos informará sobre as compras realizadas.
