Townhouse located in Village Camburi, municipality of São Sebastião SP. Has entrance porch, living room and kitchen, 03 bedrooms, with closets, 2 bathrooms, 01 upstairs and one downstairs, covered back porch with barbecue and sink, washing tank, shower and parking at the entrance of the property for 02 cars. Walled yard with gates on the side of the Sobrado. Furnished, guests are required to bring bed and bath linen and beach chairs, which we do not provide. Two of the bedrooms on the second floor have fitted wardrobes. Accommodation for 6 people. We do Annual rentals too, but only for leisure. We accept dogs.
