Muito caro pra pouco

Casa mal cuidada, tudo antigo, nao possui microondas a geladeira não funciona direito e nem o fogão, falta utensílios, o lugar é nos fundos, te cobram taxa de limpeza e querem que vc deixe a casa limpa. A Dona veio brigar comigo por deixar os lixos ensacados não lavanderia, isso tudo recolhido e nos sacos, porém ninguém disse pra mim se havia outro lugar pra deixar, e nem que horas passaria o lixeiro pra recolher, brigou por eu ter deixado lousa na pia d o chão sem varrer, mesmo tendo me cobrado R$ 200,00 de taxa de limpeza, queria que eu tivesse feito uma faxina na cs antes de nós sairmos, não foi quebrado se quer um copo, nada foi roubado. Eu não aconselho a ninguém alugar essa casa. Porque tudo é acertado no contrato e eu cumpri o contrato, mais depois a pessoa vem te xingar, numa falta de educação. Eu já aluguei várias casas e nunca tinha passado por isso. Fiquei muito abalada
