A localização é incrível, a casa tem todo suporte para vc ter um dia de praia maravilhoso. A casa tem uma cadeiras e mesas de plástico que ajuda muito! Foi um fds maravilhoso. Fora que tem tudo muito perto, padaria, mercado, os principais restaurantes e pra quem curti festa esta colado no Parador. Voltarei com toda certeza!

Casa ótima, mas deixou um pouco a desejar

A casa é ótima , grande, pé na areia, com quintal grande, o Ricardo que é o funcionário responsável pela casa foi sempre muito atencioso, ajudou em tudo o que podia, porém alguns pontos precisam ser ditos. Primeiro que não são 6 suítes, conforme descrito no anúncio, dois quartos dividem o mesmo banheiro (demi-suite). Outro ponto é que uma das suites é de serviço, e quando chegamos estava impossível ficar pq estava com um cheiro horrível e manchas na parede e teto por conta de infiltração, alugamos uma casa em 6 casais, para cada um ficar com uma suite, e por fim inutilizamos uma, e outros dois quartos tiveram que dividir banheiro. Mas a casa abriga tranquilamente muitas pessoas, apenas deveriam alterar a descrição para sabermos exatamente o que estamos alugando, tendo em vista que o valor não é nada baixo. A casa tem bastante pratos, talheres, xícaras, todos bons, só as panelas que são um pouco antigas e não são antiaderente. Ela fica bem ao lado do Parador, então em épocas festivas talvez tenha balada la, isso incomoda um pouco na hora de dormir.

Experiência Maravilhosa!

Nossa estadia na casa foi ótima! Aliás, parabéns pela propriedade, muito bonita, bem organizada, bem conservada e limpa. Além da localização ser ótima mesmo! A região da praia ali é muito gostosa. Pudemos ficar à vontade, não fomos incomodados, nos sentimos seguros e tínhamos tudo que precisávamos perto. Farmácia, uma ótima padaria, um mercado, restaurante e pizzaria, tudo a no máximo 5 minutos a pé, a maioria deles bem menos que isso, bastava atravessar a rua! O contato tanto com o proprietário, quanto com a pessoa responsável pela limpeza foi fácil e agradável. Foram solícitos, compreensíveis e flexíveis. Muito atenciosos mesmo! Realmente foi uma experiência maravilhosa!

Decepção

Infelizmente alguns itens anunciados pelo proprietário não estão disponíveis no imóvel, as TVs não funcionam, não há wifi/internet, não há guarita no estacionamento. Chegamos para check in no imóvel as 15 horas, sendo o check in as 14 horas, o imóvel estava em limpeza, pegamos alguns dias de chuva, e possuímos crianças pequenas que precisam de entretenimento, porem as TVs não funcionam e sequer há wifi para logar outros dispositivos, etc Ainda tivemos a infeliz surpresa, pois há uma balada chamada PARADOR, exatamente vizinho ao imóvel, onde o som altíssimo começa por volta de 14 horas e terminava por volta das 23 horas, após diversas denuncias feitas por nos a policia militar, que por sinal foi muito eficaz. Resumindo, foi uma decepção.
