Hôtel neuf donc sur la propretée rien à dire. Par contre très déçu car à notre arrivé on nous a annoncé que le spa ne fonctionnais pas encore. Et donc lors de notre réservation celui-ci était noté comme ouvert et avons penché sur cet hôtel aussi pour le spa. L’hôtel est sympathique mais l’accueil y est froid par le personnel. Heureusement que le personnel de la cuisine, bar et du ménage étaient plus avenant et souriant. Nous avons rencontré un soucis lors de notre passage au petit déjeuner, on nous a annoncé que ceux ci n’étaient pas inclus. Donc nous avons dû prouver avec notre réservation que c’était mentionnée et avons dû attendre 15min pour la validation et tout les matins la même histoire …. Garder tout vos tickets de règlements dans cet hôtel, car au moment de notre départ on nous annonce que nous avons pas payé la taxe de séjour hors on l’avait payé à notre arrivé et avions fait un checking la vieille avant notre départ et tout était ok. Et le matin à 7h30 on nous cours après pour celle ci.
