Ideal for those seeking traditional, spacious and welcoming accommodation, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, good for resting, breathing pure air and spending quality time with family. The property has a perfect veranda to enjoy a coffee or tea whilst enjoying the surrounding tranquillity, listening to the sea.



This house stands out for its classic style and decoration, as well as for privileging natural light in its interior. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this accommodation has a capacity for a maximum of 5 guests. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment for a peaceful stay and to satisfy all your needs.



Beyond all the amenities, the accommodation also offers reserved parking for guests on the street.



The house is located on the North Coast of Madeira Island, more specifically in the parish of Ponta Delgada, municipality of São Vicente. Make the most of your stay to explore this locality! Enjoy the views over the North Coast of the Island by visiting the viewpoints closest to the accommodation. There are also small supermarkets, some cafés and restaurants. In the surrounding area, you will find other points of tourist interest such as Miradouro da Ladeira, Miradouro da Roça and Miradouro do Bom Jesus.



The village of São Vicente is 10 minutes by car from the parish of Ponta Delgada. There are some points of interest to visit, such as the locality of Fajã da Areia, where you can enjoy a rocky beach. The city of Funchal is about 40 minutes by car away.
