On the North Coast, by the sea - Casa do Terreiro

Just 120 metres from Ponta Delgada's picturesque swimming pool and imposing parish church, you'll find this charming historic house.
This residence offers four bedrooms, providing ample space to comfortably accommodate family groups or friends. The first bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring privacy and comfort for the occupants. The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed and a single bed, offering flexibility to accommodate an additional guest. The third bedroom has three single beds, while the remaining bedroom has two single beds.
The property has a large living room with a traditional fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Adjacent to the dining room is an outside access to a covered patio with a dining area and barbecue. The garden, adorned with some endemic plants, offers a tranquil setting, while an adjacent agricultural area features a variety of fruit trees, such as pears, avocados, papayas, pitayas and tangerines.
Outside, there is also an additional toilet, an attached laundry room, a private wine press and a private gazebo overlooking the north coast.

AREA
The house is located on the north coast of Madeira Island, more specifically in the parish of Ponta Delgada, in the municipality of São Vicente. Take advantage of your stay to explore the area! Take in the views over the north coast of the island by visiting the viewpoints closest to the accommodation. Visit the Miradouro da Ponta Delgada and the Miradouro da Ponta Delgada (East). There is also a pharmacy near the accommodation, mini markets, a petrol station and some bars and restaurants. In the surrounding area you'll find other tourist attractions such as the Miradouro da Ladeira, the Miradouro da Roca and the Miradouro do Bom Jesus.
São Vicente is a 10-minute drive from the parish of Ponta Delgada. There are a few places to visit, such as Levada da Fajã do Rodrigues, for a nature walk, or Quinta do Barbusano, for a guided tour of the vineyards and a wine tasting.
Funchal is around 40 minutes away by car.

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

RULES
We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.
