Sapanca'da baÅŸka bir yer aramaya gerek yok

Otele girişten çıkışa kadar her aşamada mükemmeliği görüyorsunuz. Resepsiyon hizmetlerinde hiç bir sorun yaşamadan odaya yerleştik. Otelin her köşesine bir profesyonel eli değmiş. Temizlik, eşya kalitesi, çalışanların davranışları mükemmeldi. Otelde yemek hizmeti almayı seçmedik çünkü etrafı gezmek istedik. Isıtmalı havuzu kışın da kullanabilmek ayrıcalıklıydı. Şehir merkezine yakınken bir o kadar da doğanın içinde olup zihninizi ve bedeninizi dinlendirebiliyorsunuz.

Doğanın içinde huzur arayanlara tavsiye edilir

Doğanın içinde huzur dolu harika bir deneyimdi. Otelin bahçesi, peyzajı ve havuzu çok güzel. Sessizlik içinde ciğerlerinize oksijen dolduracağınız bir tesis. Otelin bahçesinde otururken gözünüzü tırmalayan hiçbir şey görmüyorsunuz, sadece doğa. Otelin yapımı esnasında doğaya saygı gösterilmiş. Odalar eski konağın aslına uygun dizayn edilmiş, hatta ahşap materyaller ve kapılar aynen duruyor ama bunu yaparken konfordan da ödün verilmemiş. Kahvaltı serpme geliyor ve doyurucu. Akşam yemeği mönüsü zayıf kalmış, biz bu nedenle akşam yemeğini Sapanca’da aldık.

Harika bir hafta sonu

Bir günlük tatilimiz için burayı tercih ettik. Burcu Hanım ve Ozan Bey’e özellikle güleryüzleri ve yardımları için teşekkür ederiz. Jakuzili oda tercih ettik ve gayet temizdi. Havuz çok keyifliydi, ormanın içinde sessiz sakin bir alan sağlıyor. Kahvaltı serpme kahvaltı şeklindeydi, sıcaklar hatta simit, pişi bile vardı. Sadece su tazyiği daha kuvvetli olmalı. Bunun dışında hiçbir olumsuzluk yok :)

Öncelikle personel yetersizdi, var olan personel de ağır davranıyor ve ilgisizlerdi. İlk gün yemek saatleri bile söylenmeden giriş yaptık. Daha sonrasında söylenen saat de zaten yanlış çıktı. İlk gün odalara konulan şampuan kalitesi gibi detaylar gün geçtikte kötü markalara yerini bıraktı. Odalarda askı yetersizdi. Anahtar bir tane olduğundan temizlik için anahtar teslim edip tekrar resepsiyondan anahtar alıyorsunuz. Otel gibi işletmelerde bir tane anahtar olması, çift olarak gidenler için işkenceye dönüşebiliyor. Sapanca gibi şelalelerin olduğu, yer altı sularının duvarlardan aktığı bir yerde köpük içinde sular kesik halde kaldık.45dk sonra su geldi. Smeg buzdolabı alıp 1 tane su soğutacaklarına keşke su deposu alıp misafirlerinizi duşta köpük altında susuz bırakmasalardı. Saçımızı mutfağa bornozla gidip kendim aldığım içme sularıyla yıkayabildik. Bununla ilgili fotoğraf da ekliyorum. Mağduriyetimize istinaden bunu çok olağan karşıladılar. Sürekli bunun yaşandığını belirttiler. Bu zorlu susuzluk sürecince yardımları olmadı. 5dk ya gelecek gibi geçiştirme cümleleriyle bizi oyaladılar. Tüm bunların yanında otelin konumu, mimarisi ve doğası çok güzeldi.

Hafta sonu kent stresinden kaçmak biraz olsun nefes almak için geldik, iyi ki de gelmişiz, tahminimizden çok daha güzel bir deneyim oldu bizim için. Odalar basit ve sade dizayn edilmiş ve son derece konforlu ve tertemiz. Görevini yapan herkes nazik ve güler yüzlü. Tüm bunlar da bizim için yeterliydi, tercih edeceklere şimdiden iyi tatiller.
