Very bad experience with the website

I am too disappointed because of your web, you sent me an email that my reserve was confirmed but when i arrived the recption employee told me that it is not.. We stayed alot of time on reception and my mom and dad get tired, they are elderly and can not tolerate like this situation. I have to stay there because it was kate at night and mom and dad are tired. I also reserve for 5 guests but he refused to give us one room by the price. Also he refused to give breakfast while in the reserve breakfast was included.

Sapanca has very little to offer

Yanki hotel had a good location with 5 minutes to city centre, the lake, train station, main square and market. Room was non-smoking but had old scent of smoke. It was ok but not essential.

Fiyata göre bir oteldi. Temiz bir oteldi ve rahat edebiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltı olarak kahvaltı tabağı getiriliyor ama pek doyurucu değil birkaç şeyden tadımlık olarak konulmuş. Personeli ise gayet güleryüzlüydü.
