In the center of our enchanting village, a stone's throw from shops, rentals, services, but also close to access to the nature trails (or in winter of the ski slopes and Nevelandia), we rent a newly renovated apartment with everything what you will need to spend your holiday in the best way. You can enjoy the rest and silence, being the sleeping area on the south side facing the meadows, or decide to go out to dedicate yourself to your favorite sport, shopping or walking in the suggestive villages of Sappada. You can forget your car in our reserved parking because everything is "a stone's throw".
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has just been renovated. The furnishings combine the charm of the lived experience and the refinement of the new. The wood finishes (larch, Swiss pine, pine, fir and ash) are valuable. The spaces, arranged in 90sqm, are comfortable and functional even for 6 people. The large living room, separated from the dining room and the kitchen, can in fact be set up as a second bedroom with a double sofa bed equipped with a quality mattress (18cm thick).
Beautiful views of the mountains and meadows enjoyable from the dining room and terrace.

Despite ourselves, we do not host four-legged friends.

This apartment offers its guests ski-in/ski-out access and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
