With five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates large groups and families. Step outside to a scenic front yard that opens onto a peaceful golf course—ideal for morning and afternoon strolls with breathtaking mountain views. Just ten minutes away, Fairfield Lake offers a swimming beach, dock, rentals, and a picturesque walking trail. Guests also enjoy full access to the Sapphire Valley Resort, where year-round amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, gym, mini golf, arcade, bike rentals, and even skiing, snowboarding, and tubing in the winter. Please clean up after your dog inside and outside the house; sweep/vacuum excessive pet hair and pick up any dog waste from the yard
Turn thermostats to 76°F during warm season or 66°F during cold season
